General Philosophy
Cherry Web Design has adopted a philosophy that assumes the honesty and good intent of our customers. Therefore, our services are provided in as unrestricted a manner as possible to allow our customers to have the most successful web presence possible. Payment
Cherry Web Design strives to keep our overhead as low as possible. For this reason we only accept payment by Visa, MasterCard. Make all checks payable Cherry Web Design and mail them to the following address: All hosting fees must be paid upfront before services are rendered. Mail to Cherry Web Design 6275 Jockey Road Burt, New York 14028 If for any reason the check does not clear with the bank on two attempts, the order will canceled. Checks returned unpaid (NSF) will be assessed a $25.00 charge. All payment is in U.S. currency.

Cherry Web Design reserves the right to turn down any order. Cherry Web Design will not accept any orders for web sites which includes lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Cherry Web Design
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Cherry Web Design harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against Cherry Web Design, its agents, its customers, officers and employees,     that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents,  employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cherry Web Design against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Cherry Web Design's product; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

Cherry Web Design will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Cherry Web Design makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Cherry Web Design disclaims any warranty or merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cherry Web Design reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. 
Contract Length and Cancellation
The minimum contract length is 30 days. Payments shall be made monthly quarterly, or annually. If account is canceled your unused payment balance will be refunded.  If you are using our domain name maintenance services and cancel prior to InterNic renewal, you will be required to reimburse Cherry Web Design for the remaining period of time left on your annual domain registration fee. (35.00 per year.)
