The Spring Peeper Frog

The Spring Peeper has webbed feet and discs on its fingers and toes.  Dark rings covers most of its back. Its belly is cream color and is  usually gray, brown or olive colors. It weighs 3 to 5 kilograms. 
Spring Peepers rather live on ground despite the fact  it's a good climber.  It also lives in swamps, ponds and marshy woods. They also like to bury themselves in soil.
The Spring Peepers eat mainly insects. The insects include ants, flies and spiders. 
The Spring Peeper usually call in light rains and in foggy, wet weather.  They lay 100 to 800 eggs at once.
Spring Peepers usually sing in trios and start with their deepest voice.  This frog is the best known in North America.  Spring Peepers call during fall.  They breed March till June that's four months!
The Spring Peeper is silent during the end of summer.  Their eggs hatch 6 to 12 days. The tadpoles transform in July.   Snakes are one predator of Spring Peepers.
