Gila Monster

This is an animal called a Gila Monster.  The Gila Monster has a long tail.  Its scales are pink and black. Gila Monsters have long fingers and a round shaped head.  They are about 23 inches long.
Gila Monsters have hundreds of beadlike scales that range to pink to black to orange in color.  These colors arranged in messy rings in his body.
 Gila Monsters can be found in the South Western United States and Mexico.
The Gila Monster eats other animals.  It eats smaller animals than him.  It saves fat in its short blunt tail.  He eats young mice, rabbits and squirrels.
Gila Monsters like most venomous animals should be treated with care as they have nasty attitudes. Gila Monsters are ramming hunters who will chase prey like mice, or feast on the eggs of ground nesting birds.
