Bottlenose Dolphins weigh 440 to 600 pounds.  They reach the size of about 10 feet.
 Bottlenose Dolphins have dark blue-gray to brown gray skin.
Bottlenose Dolphins can be found in the Pacific Ocean.  They like warm water. Some live in the Atlantic Ocean.
The Bottlenose Dolphin eats squid and octopus.  They eat about 13 to 33 pounds of food a day.  The Bottlenose Dolphin eats different kinds of fish also.
Some actions that the Bottlenose Dolphin does are  swimming and hunting.  They swim and hunt by moving their tail left, right, over and under.
The Bottlenose Dolphin's life span is about 30 to 50 years. First it's an embryo, then an infant,  next a young animal and finally it becomes an adult.
One interesting fact about the Bottlenose Dolphin is that they have no jaw muscles for chewing. 
Another interesting fact is that the species most familiar to people are the Bottlenose
Dolphins because of their complicated tricks.  
The Bottlenose Dolphin  communicates by high pitched whistles and clicks which create sound waves.
The Bottlenose Dolphin is  very sociable and they generally live in groups.
