The Copperhead

The copperhead is a reptile.  Its length is 55  inches (9-134.cm) long.  It lives in rocks, logs and trees.  Its diet is a mice or any other kind of rodents. 
It has a short life cycle.  It's life cycle is egg, baby snake and adult snake.  It is camouflaged. Also it is venomous.  Its bite is painful and it must be treated right away. It is a very fast snake.
Its head is shaped like a triangle.  When not using fangs they curl to the back of it's mouth. When it's using fangs they pop out in front of the mouth.  It also swims.
Sometimes the copperhead will swim in the water to strike at animals on the land. It will use its camouflage to hide from predators or to hunt its prey.  It will get anything that passes by.
